Mass Save® Commercial Incentives
Upgrade your equipment. Keep more of your budget.
SS Service Corp helps Massachusetts businesses identify qualifying equipment, secure preapproval, and manage the rebate process before installation begins.

Qualifying commercial air-source heat pumps
All commercial heat-pump projects require advance approval under the current program process.
Available opportunities
More than one type of upgrade may qualify.
Incentives depend on the serving utility, existing equipment, proposed system, project size, and current program rules. We review the complete project before quoting a rebate.
Air-source heat pumps
Ducted, ductless, and packaged heat-pump options may qualify when equipment and project requirements are met.

Our process
Three clear steps. We help handle the paperwork.
You get one point of contact for the equipment proposal, eligibility review, Mass Save documentation, and installation schedule.
Send us your utility bill
A recent bill helps us confirm the serving utility, account type, and correct program pathway.
We review the equipment
Our sales team visits the site, documents existing conditions, and identifies qualifying replacement options.
We coordinate preapproval
We prepare the proposal and rebate documentation before installation, then coordinate the approved project through completion.
Effective July 1, 2026, commercial heat-pump projects require preapproval before installation. Projects that begin before approval may lose rebate eligibility.
